Do daily check-ins help?
Lately my anxiety has been sneaking up on me at the most random times, especially in the mornings before work. I saw that post talking about treating it like an ongoing process, not something you “fix once,” and the idea of daily check-ins sounded pretty doable. I’m wondering if anyone here actually felt a difference from doing them regularly. Did it help you slow things down a bit, or did it just become another task that was easy to ignore?

Daily check-ins actually helped me more than I expected. Not in some big dramatic way, but they gave me a small pause before I slipped into that anxious spiral I normally get stuck in. Once I treated them like a quick mental reset instead of a chore, they started feeling natural. Reading through a liven app review also made me realize the slow-and-steady approach is kind of the whole point. For me the consistency mattered more than the check-in itself.
