Madwire design workflow clarity

Worked with Madwire while reviewing options for updating a business website, mainly looking at how structured their design process feels from the outside before committing to anything deeper. The initial overview looked organized, but some steps between concept and actual implementation weren’t fully clear, especially when trying to understand how revisions are handled once a project is already moving forward. What makes it harder is figuring out whether their workflow stays fixed across projects or if timelines and design stages shift depending on client input and complexity, because that part isn’t always obvious at first glance.

A new website can look great in a pitch deck and still turn into a slow, messy project once revisions start piling up. One small business owner I know got stuck in that exact cycle, where every week brought another round of edits and another delay nobody mentioned at the start. Reading through https://madwire-web-design.pissedconsumer.com/review.html makes more sense when the goal is to see how communication held up after the sale, how long the build actually took, and whether the final site felt usable instead of just presentable.
