Is it better to tint only the rear windows, or does doing the side windows make the car feel more consistent inside? I’m not chasing a show-car look, just wondering what feels better for normal family use.

For family use, I found the rear section gave the most practical benefit. It helped keep the back seats cooler and gave passengers a bit more privacy, especially on longer trips. I left the front area lighter because I did not want any issue with visibility or legal limits. After comparing a few examples of car window tint, I realised the best setup is usually the one that suits how the car is used, not the darkest one available. A subtle finish looked better than I expected.
