How do you pick and wear a head guard to stay safe during training? Where can you find good quality protection?
Remember my first sparring session one punch grazed my temple. Luckily, it wasn’t serious, but I realized a good head guard is always necessary. It keeps your head stable, absorbs impacts, and adds confidence. Now I always check the fit of my helmet before training. I’m curious where do you buy a head guard, and what would you recommend?

Man I had a very similar experience. A light blow to the temple may seem like a trifle, but in fact it is quite dangerous if you don't have proper protection. It's good that you got away with it. I've been boxing for a long time, and honestly, a good head guard makes a big difference. I would recommend fightgear especially a head guard, and this is probably the best helmet I've ever had it's durable, comfortable, and stays in place well during sparring. If you're thinking of upgrading your equipment, you should consider something like this. Take care of yourself and keep moving forward. I wish you new victories in the gym!
