I’ve been hearing people mention HGH more often lately, especially in conversations about recovery after injuries, and it got me curious enough to finally ask about it here. Earlier this year I strained my lower back during training, and while it’s definitely better now, I still feel like my recovery has been slower than it should be. I don’t personally know much about HGH outside of hearing it mentioned in gyms and online forums, but I’ve definitely noticed how quickly topics like this spread among people who train regularly. Usually everyone is just trying to understand why recovery works differently from person to person, which is probably why discussions like this become so active whenever injuries or long recovery periods come up.
