Hey everyone! I’ve been trying to improve my bowling speed for a few months, but I always feel my energy drop after just a few overs. I tried a couple of the exercises last week, and even in a short session I could feel my stamina improving. Just joining in — it’s interesting to read about how much goes into being an elite bowler. Even if I don’t play, I can see how balancing strength, skill, and endurance is critical. It’s inspiring to see the behind-the-scenes effort athletes put in, and it gives me ideas for how to structure my own workouts more efficiently.
